Returns
Returns for store credit or exchange can be made within 14 days of delivery, and can only be done so for unworn, unused and undamaged items. The cost for return shipping or for any items exchanged is the responsibility of the customer, unless the unlikely event of an order processing error on the part of Mortise & Tenon is the reason for return. For your protection, it is suggested to return items with tracking information as items being returned that are lost or stolen during shipping are not the responsibility of Mortise & Tenon. Returns can be done using your original order ID number, name and email address. Be sure to retain your original order information and send to hello@mortiseandtenonshop.com BEFORE SHIPPING ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Food, apothecary, hygiene products, items that are 40% OFF or more, undergarments and swimwear are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
Class Booking Policy
Mortise & Tenon may cancel or reschedule classes at their discretion. An email will be sent out to affected students as soon as is possible.
All class deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your class, cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted via email or through the links in your booking confirmation email.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the class for reasons of illness or beyond your control are able to be rescheduled at Mortise & Tenon's discretion. Please do not come to class sick! We will reschedule you for when you're feeling better!
No-shows for booked classes are non-refundable, and the full amount of the class is to be paid prior to booking a new class. Our preparation and materials take time and money, and no-shows are responsible for the costs.
Unclaimed Pickup Order Policy
Orders placed for in-store pickup must be collected within 6 months of the purchase date. If an order remains unclaimed after this time, the items will be considered forfeited, and ownership of the stock will return to Mortise & Tenon.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers before this deadline, but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely pickup. No refunds or credits will be issued for forfeited orders.
