Local Delivery in Regina

We deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays only. Place your order by 2:00 PM on a delivery day, and you’ll receive it the same day. 

Delivery Attempts 

One (1) delivery attempt will be made. If the delivery is unsuccessful. your order will be made available the following day at 3004 13th Ave for pick up. A second delivery is subject to a $10.00 fee. This is non-negotiable.

Unclaimed Pickup Order Policy

Orders placed for in-store pickup must be collected within 6 months of the purchase date. If an order remains unclaimed after this time, the items will be considered forfeited, and ownership of the stock will return to Mortise & Tenon.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers before this deadline, but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely pickup. No refunds or credits will be issued for forfeited orders.

Shipping

We take pride in getting your orders to you as fast as possible! Please see the information below for rates and exclusions. Note that order processing takes between 5 - 10 days.

If the shipping price for your order increases significantly on our end, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipments are available to Canadian and US addresses only. Delivery estimates are not a guarantee of delivery dates. Shipments will leave within 6 business days of payment confirmation (weekends and holidays are not included).  Duties and taxes on shipments made to customers outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer the shipment will be considered abandoned and the customer will forfeit any possibility of a refund.

Shipping rates are available at checkout. Customs, additional taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

*Certain oversized orders and destinations will be exempt from free shipping.
